Gold membership and sponsored advertising are optional, one-off purchases for a specific server. They do not renew automatically. This page explains what happens to promotion access after PayPal confirms a refund or reversal; it does not mean that every refund request will be approved.
01 Full refunds and reversals
When PayPal confirms a full refund or reverses a payment, the remaining paid promotion tied to that payment is revoked. The related payment, entitlement, and provider-event history is retained for accounting, dispute handling, and service records. Keeping those records does not mean the promotion remains active.
02 Partial refunds
A PayPal-confirmed partial refund does not automatically remove the promotion. It is sent for administrator review, and the decision is recorded as either keeping the remaining promotion active or revoking the remaining promotion. If it is revoked, the unexpired access from that entitlement ends; the payment and entitlement history are retained.
03 Questions or payment problems
If a payment appears duplicated, a captured purchase was not delivered, or you have a question about a refund, contact [email protected]. Include the account email, server listing, purchase date, and PayPal transaction reference if available. Do not email card or bank details, passwords, or security codes.
Refund requests are reviewed under applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase. Nothing on this page limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived. See also our Terms of Service.
